Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in the Philippines seeks a Senior Program Director to lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex telecom programs. You will be the single accountable executive for program outcomes across network stability, time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will drive multi-year programs across Core Network, 5G, Cloud, OSS/BSS, and IT transformations, while governing risk, scope, and change. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in telecom delivery.
• 7+ years leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience with Tier-1 operators or large enterprise telecoms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own large-scale telecom programs across Core Network, 5G, Cloud, OSS/BSS and IT transformation.
• Establish and govern program frameworks including steering committees, risk and financial controls.
• Ensure disciplined program execution with scope, milestones, and change control.
• Act as final escalation point for delivery, technical and commercial risks.
• Own full program P&L, including revenue recognition, cost control and forecasting.
