Job summary

AMS is seeking a Principal - Talent Sourcing to lead proactive candidate sourcing and stakeholder management across APAC hours. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, shaping sourcing strategies and leveraging talent data to build strong pipelines.

You will mentor junior team members, execute innovative sourcing approaches for hard-to-fill roles, and maintain exceptional candidate experiences through timely updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across levels.
• Experience with passive sourcing and multiple sourcing tech (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut).
• Knowledge of banking/financial services is a plus.
• Thrives in high-volume, SLA-driven environments while maintaining quality.
• Willing to work in APAC time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
• Lead recruiting discussions and advise on sourcing strategies and market insights.
• Leverage talent intelligence and labor market data to influence hiring decisions.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists with clear recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to address challenges and drive outcomes.
• Mentor junior sourcing team members and promote best practices.
• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies for niche roles.
• Use data and analytics to monitor sourcing effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Proactively identify and attract top talent via LinkedIn, social media and direct headhunting.
• Conduct consultative conversations to assess skills, motivations and career goals.
• Build long-term talent pipelines and relationships.
• Deliver timely, transparent candidate communications.
