As a senior team member, you will mentor juniors, optimize recruitment processes, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive diversity and exceptional candidate experiences using platforms like LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and client partnering skills.
• Familiarity with recruitment tech and databases.
• Ability to tailor sourcing strategies for niche roles.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and compliance.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin and Cantonese a plus.
