Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a highly strategic, tech-forward Business Analyst to act as the connective tissue between stakeholders, operations, and IT execution. You will identify bottlenecks, architect scalable solutions, and drive initiatives that raise performance across the organization.

This role requires operator-level thinking and deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Agency operations, translating business challenges into executable IT projects while leading cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in Business Analysis, Systems Strategy, Operations Strategy, or similar high-impact role.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Strong technical literacy (APIs, automation tools, CRM systems, system integrations).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Discovery & Systems Thinking across departments.
• Map current-state vs. future-state processes with scalability in mind.
• Translate business challenges into structured project charters, BRDs, and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with IT to validate feasibility and resource allocation.
• Guide sprint planning and stakeholder communications; manage timelines.
