Job summary

My Amazon Guy, a fast-growing digital marketing agency, seeks a strategic Business Analyst to connect stakeholders, operations, and IT execution. You will identify bottlenecks, architect scalable solutions, and drive tech initiatives across the organization.

The role requires deep agency operations knowledge, proactive problem solving, and the ability to translate complex business needs into executable IT projects. Remote work is supported, with focus on cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Strategy, Operations Strategy, or similar high-impact role.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central operations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional IT initiatives from discovery to launch
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills and ability to translate business needs into IT artifacts

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Discovery & Systems Thinking: uncover root constraints, map processes, surface risks, and partner with leadership on tech-enabled strategy.
• IT Project Scoping & Execution Leadership: create charters, BRDs, milestones, KPIs, and coordinate with IT teams.
• Amazon & Agency Systems Optimization: identify automation opportunities in account management, PPC, reporting, and client ops.
• Automation, AI & Process Innovation: design automations, leverage AI for reporting and decision support, and develop scalable SOPs.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: liaise between non-technical stakeholders and IT, drive alignment and training during rollouts
