Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking an IT Developer to manage end-to-end development of systems, applications, and web platforms in a remote, collaborative environment. You will deliver front-end and back-end solutions, system integrations, automation, and troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-driven, with strong ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL, and Python skills, plus experience with GitHub.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, SQL, and Python.
• Experience with GitHub and version control workflows.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and development best practices.
• Front-end and back-end development and database management familiarity.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development and systems management across web platforms.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications, internal tools, and integrations across multiple platforms.
• Manage CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
• Develop front-end interfaces and back-end logic, APIs, and database connections.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web platforms, internal systems, and workflows.
• Document systems, architecture, and processes for cross-team accessibility.
• Implement API integrations and database connectivity solutions across company systems.
• Leverage automation tools like Zapier to streamline workflows and processes.
• Maintain and support company software and applications, including 1Password, Airtable, Amazon Seller Central, Asana, Google Workspace, Helium 10, HubSpot, Jotform, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Slack, Time Doctor, and WordPress.
• Data, Analytics & Reporting: Analyze data and create charts, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Utilize advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools to present data effectively.
• Ensure system compliance with security standards, including antivirus, firewall, and two-factor authentication.
• Communicate technical requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to deliver integrated technical solutions.
• Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other developers or team members when required.
• Actively contribute to process improvements and system optimizations across the organization.
• Onboarding & Knowledge Sharing: Train team members on system usage, workflows, and technical tools as needed.
• Document and share knowledge to improve team efficiency and continuity.
• Support ad-hoc tasks in line with organizational needs and priorities.
