Job summary

Aon Philippines is seeking a System Analyst to join our Online Benefit Solutions team. You will gather and translate client requirements, align them with standard templates, and guide internal teams on functionality and procedures to reflect service delivery and system capabilities.

The role involves collaborating with data analysts, operations, and project teams across regions to deliver critical solutions, including new client implementations and enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years proven track record as a Business/System Analyst.
• Experience in Health Solutions / Group Insurance is advantageous.
• Online benefits experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering workstreams for new client implementations and manage change requests.
• Translate client processes into standard requirement templates and guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with SOPs and operating procedures.
• Support end-to-end Change Request processes and ensure traceability across stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Data Analysts to align technical specifications with client requirements.
