The Senior Analyst will analyze workflows, drive improvements, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clinically sound and operationally

Qualifikationen

• RN qualification with current registration in a relevant jurisdiction.
• 5+ years of healthcare clinical experience in service delivery, management or process improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate clinical challenges into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; able to engage with clinicians, admins and executives.

Aufgaben

• Analyze healthcare clinical workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support development and implementation of clinical service improvement initiatives.
• Gather and interpret clinical and operational data to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations communicating findings to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational and admin teams to ensure feasible solutions.
• Assist in planning and execution of healthcare transformation projects.
• Support development of clinical protocols and SOPs.
• Maintain knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Contribute to proposals and business cases for new initiatives.
