F2 LOGISTICS PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to oversee daily logistics activities, drive KPI performance, and manage budgets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to meet service commitments and optimize costs. The role requires 4–5 years in managerial logistics, strong communication and analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course preferably business course.
• Maximum of five (5) years’ experience on the position with similar job descriptions.
• 4 to 5 years managerial or supervisory experience in domestic freight forwarding logistics is a must.
• Strong written/oral communications and organizational skills are required.
• Proficiency in Office Applications.
• Strong analytical skills, systematic and detailed oriented.
• With proven skills.
• Flexibility and stress tolerance.
• Presentation and organizing skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations by ensuring staff comply with policies to meet service commitments.
• Conduct performance management by evaluating KPI results and implementing action plans.
• Prepare and review operational reports to aid management decisions.
• Participate in preparation of contracts, SLAs, MOAs with cross-functional teams.
• Provide proposals and assistance to senior management for policy improvements.
• Represent the department in meetings to address operational issues.
• Prepare annual operating budget forecasting expenses based on sales volume.
• Identify and implement productivity and quality improvement strategies.
• Evaluate issues and propose solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Recommend cost-saving initiatives through process improvements.
• Source and evaluate third-party suppliers based on SLAs and rates.
• Promulgate safety measures across warehouses and premises to prevent incidents.
• Address staff training to keep reports motivated and engaged.
• Lead recruitment and hiring discussions to meet job specs.
• Guide and discipline staff to ensure common goals are met.
• Perform other functions as assigned.
