Job summary

You will manage orders, meetings, site visits, and coordination with logistics and engineering, while ensuring timely deliveries and financial transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering or any 4-year course.
• At least 1 year sales experience in construction industry.
• Willingness to work under pressure and in the field.
• Excellent communication, organization, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assigned contractors and manage projects by tapping four buying influences.
• Obtain orders, attend meetings (negotiation, technical clarifications, site visits, client visits), submit documents for approval, and conduct product presentations.
• Coordinate with other departments for project turnover, logistics (deliveries, inventory verification) and engineering works.
• Submit daily activity reports and weekly result discussions with management.
• Ensure project needs are met (stocks, deliveries, equipment, technical assistance/training).
• Manage sales invoices, collections and returns as part of administrative duties.
• Report to office daily unless on approved official business.
