Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced logistics and supply chain leader to oversee end-to-end distribution and fulfillment for a large-scale consumer business. You will develop logistics strategies, optimize transportation and warehousing networks, and drive improvements in inventory performance and customer service.

You will lead teams, manage 3PLs, and champion digital transformation with data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in logistics and supply chain leadership.
• Strong expertise in transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution operations.
• Experience with complex consumer-driven supply chains; exposure to retail, manufacturing, technology, or related sectors is beneficial.
• Proven track record leading large teams, vendor management, and transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with WMS, TMS, ERP and other supply chain technologies.
