Senior Project Lead
The Senior Project Lead is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution across multiple locations, ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and quality delivery of store construction and renovation projects. This role involves supervision of project teams, coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders, and the preparation of progress and performance reports.
Daily Duties (includes but not limited to):
- Monitor ongoing construction progress (via site visits or in collaboration with project stakeholders)
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and mall admin for daily site requirements
- Review and address site issues or conflicts promptly
- Validate daily accomplishment reports from general contractor
- Communicate with ALL teams to align requirements
- Attend coordination meetings or huddles
Weekly Duties (includes but not limited to):
- Lead project review meetings with internal teams and/or contractors
- Assess weekly project accomplishments against targets and schedules
- Prepare and submit Weekly Project Progress Reports
- Identify project risks or delays and recommend action plans
- Update and align with Project Manager and Department Head regarding budget status and change orders
Other Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate contractor billing and progress payments
- Conduct site audits or walkthroughs with stakeholders
- Update project dashboards and trackers
- Participate in forecasting and resource planning meetings
Assigned Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Act as the initial main point of contact for escalations and high-impact project decisions
- Coordinate turnover and handover process with operations and facilities teams
