• Source and canvass items from at least 3 accredited suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and terms favorable to the company.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials at right price and quality.
• Prepare Purchase Orders based on required items.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Arrange quality assurance inspection of materials before/delivery.
