Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• At least 3–4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Must have experience in the construction or engineering industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, suppliers, and prevailing market prices.
• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Source and evaluate suppliers and contractors, negotiate prices, and secure favorable purchasing terms.
• Prepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, canvass reports, and other procurement documents.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and warehouse personnel to meet project requirements.
• Verify that purchased materials and equipment meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and purchasing documentation.
• Assist in cost control, budget monitoring, and procurement reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and project deadlines.
