Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a Sourcing Manager - Strategic Partnership to join our Group Procurement team in Manila. You will identify and execute supplier initiatives aligned to Macquarie’s objectives, and manage relationships with technology suppliers and stakeholders across the organisation.

You will own sourcing initiatives, analyse market trends, and drive value through strategic supplier partnerships, with a focus on delivering best-in-class commercial outcomes and robust supplier

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
• AI & Digital experience is an advantage.
• Experience dealing with technology suppliers and stakeholders is preferred.
• Ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and partners to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement supplier strategies for solutions that achieve Macquarie’s business objectives.
• Own and implement sourcing initiatives to drive efficiency across the portfolio.
• Analyse commercial data, market trends and understand business requirements to provide targeted improvement strategies.
