Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global SRM team across direct and indirect spend.
• Ensure consistent execution of sourcing strategies and supplier management processes.
• Oversee supplier onboarding, performance management, and lifecycle governance.
• Monitor supplier performance via scorecards, KPIs, and corrective actions.
• Provide guidance for complex supplier, commercial, and performance issues.
• Ensure contract compliance, policy adherence, risk management, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with category managers and stakeholders to align procurement with priorities.
