Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Sourcing Supervisor in Metro Manila to lead strategic sourcing efforts, build robust talent pipelines, and drive recruiting outcomes. You will mentor a team of Sourcing Specialists, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and ensure headcount targets are met on time and within budget.

The role requires 5–6 years of niche sourcing experience, strong analytics, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean sourcing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–6 years in HR/Recruitment with niche sourcing or headhunting in the Philippines.
• Experience sourcing for IT/Tech, Shared Services, KPO, Analytics, or advanced technical support.

We are looking for a TA Sourcing Supervisor to drive our recruitment marketing and sourcing engines. In this role, you won't just track metrics—you will lead a team of specialists, build robust talent pipelines, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure we hit our headcount targets on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

Strategic Niche Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies specifically tailored for complex, technical, or highly specialized positions.
• Conduct comprehensive talent mapping and market research to locate passive candidate pools within specific industries or competitor landscapes.
• Pioneer new, unconventional sourcing channels, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms to engage top-tier talent.
• Maintain a steady, long-term pipeline of qualified, pre-vetted prospects for recurring niche skill sets, ensuring business continuity.
  
  

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of Sourcing Specialists, shifting their capabilities from volume processing to deep-dive headhunting and qualitative candidate engagement.
• Step up to manage the full Sourcing and Marketing function in the absence of the Sourcing & Marketing Manager.
• Act as a talent advisor to internal clients and TA Operations, conducting deep-dive calibration sessions to understand complex technical requirements and manage expectations regarding market availability.
  
  

Targeted Recruitment Marketing & Events

• Collaborate on highly targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and content tailored to speak the language of specialized professionals.
• Organize and represent the company at niche industry events, technical meetups, career talks, and specialized networking circles.
• Ensure the candidate experience for premium/niche talent is flawless, professional, and engaging from the very first point of contact.
  
  

Project Management & Intelligence Reporting

• Develop detailed project plans for critical hiring drives, outlining timelines, dependencies, and resource allocations.
• Maintain accurate databases and trackers to evaluate the return on investment (ROI) of specialized sourcing tools and channels.
• Analyze sourcing data, track conversion funnels for hard-to-fill roles, and deliver market intelligence reports (including competitor talent movement, salary benchmarks, and cost-per-hire).
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5 to 6 years of progressive experience in HR/Recruitment, with a proven track record in niche sourcing, executive search, or headhunting in the Philippines.
• Strong background sourcing for complex domains (e.g., IT/Tech, Shared Services, KPO, Analytics, specialized Finance, or advanced technical support). Experience moving away from or operating outside traditional volume BPO hiring is highly preferred.
• Deep familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean logic, LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized job boards, and passive candidate engagement strategies.
• Ability to analyze market scarcity, interpret talent data, and confidently advise leadership and stakeholders on hiring feasibility.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and hold high-level professional conversations with passive, mid-to-senior level candidates.
• Proven capability to handle multiple high-priority, complex searches simultaneously while meeting tight business deadlines.
