Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd in Metro Manila is seeking a Software License Manager to coordinate renewals, manage inventories, and ensure policy compliance across IT, Procurement and Finance. You will work with US business hours for global meetings, analyze renewal agreements, optimize costs, and maintain accurate license tracking throughout the lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in software license management, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in software license management, contract management, business analysis, project management, budgeting, or related.
Knowledge of software asset lifecycle management, licensing practices, and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and reporting/tracking tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support software license management by partnering with CSMs, BRMs, Procurement, Finance, and stakeholders.
Analyze renewal agreements and provide recommendations on renewal strategies and cost optimization.
Coordinate and execute software renewals, processing POs, invoices, and payments.
Maintain accurate software asset inventories and license tracking tools.
Ensure compliance with corporate IT, Procurement, and Finance policies.
Prepare recurring reports related to software licensing, renewals, and expenditures.
