Job summary

Woofy Wifi (Woofy Inc.) is seeking a Site Acquisition Specialist to drive network expansion by building strong partnerships with property owners and managers, managing outreach from initial contact to contract closure.

You will conduct field visits, negotiate terms, coordinate project implementation, and maintain organized records. The role requires 1–2 years in real estate or related fields, excellent communication, and strong multitasking.

Qualifications

• Experience in related field (e.g., real estate, development, admin support) is preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source partnership opportunities with property developers, building administrators, condominium corporations, and property management offices.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and field visits to properties to introduce Woofy Wifi services and request meetings with decision-makers.
• Serve as primary contact and account manager for property partners, ensuring professional relationship management and client satisfaction.
• Present Woofy Wifi solutions and proposals to property management and stakeholders, highlighting value and benefits.
• Negotiate commercial terms, access requirements, and agreements with property owners or representatives.
• Perform field work and site visits to assess properties, follow up, and strengthen partnerships.
• Coordinate requirements, permits, and documentation between internal teams and property management for project execution.
• Monitor and track progress of active site acquisition projects and partnerships.
• Prepare and consolidate reports on site acquisition activities and project status.
• Schedule and attend meetings with property stakeholders and internal teams to support implementation.
• Maintain organized records of property contacts, agreements, timelines, and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
