Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking a Business Development Officer to identify, research, analyze, and negotiate lease contracts for retail sites to support brand expansion in designated areas. You will screen candidates based on land leases, owner interest, and zoning or land use regulations, and you may need fieldwork across the assigned location.

The role requires basic real estate experience, strong MS Office skills, attention to detail, independence, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Basic experience in real estate site assessment, acquisition, lease contracts, and negotiation.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for fieldwork and manage a designated area.
• Driver’s license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market scanning to identify high-potential retail areas for expansion.
• Provide qualified site leads to Real Estate for lease negotiations.
• Prepare location-specific feasibility studies and financial projections.
• Analyze store performance to inform site optimization.
• Develop business cases and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Identify new partnership opportunities with developers and landlords.
