Job summary

COMMSEC INC. seeks a ROW acquisition professional to secure permits for telecom projects and negotiate space with property owners. The role requires an electronics/telecom engineering degree or equivalent, and at least one year in ROW acquisition, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

You must be willing to travel and drive your own vehicle to NCR/NLZ areas to advance company objectives. Experience with local government processes and the ability to represent the client at meetings

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics/telecommunication engineering or equivalent.
• More than one year experience in ROW acquisition.
• Familiar with ROW acquisition procedure and departments.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of laws and regulations regarding telecom use of municipal rights of way.
• Ability to negotiate contract terms to meet company objectives.
• Experience with local government franchise ordinance approval process.

Responsibilities

• Acquire permits from city/municipal halls, barangays, homeowners and other entities for projects/restoration.
• Negotiate with building owners/administrators to rent space for node installation.
• Prepare ROW acquisition documents per government/owner requirements.
• Represent the client at city council or county meetings to communicate objectives.
