Job summary

ECLARO Philippines is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee large client engagements, coordinate multiple functional teams, and ensure delivery aligns with contract terms. The SDM will manage operations, act as escalation point, and drive productivity and quality across the engagement.

You will lead governance, standups, reporting, and planning with team leads, monitor workloads, ensure coverage, and drive continuous process improvements within the engagement framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage service operations for the exclusive engagement that provides business and/or technology-related services
• Act as an escalation point for team leadership and stakeholders
• Coordinate governance meetings and action tracking with stakeholders
• Monitor queues, workload changes, and resource management needs
• Support 1:1 and team performance reviews and reporting to leadership
