Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking a Scheduling and Reporting Analyst in the Philippines to manage workforce scheduling, capacity planning, data analysis, and operational reporting. You will forecast workload, optimize staffing, and build dashboards to support data-driven decisions across client operations.

You will collaborate with operations leaders to monitor metrics, identify improvements, and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Experience in workforce management, scheduling, reporting, analytics, or operational planning.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize staff schedules based on forecasted workload.
Analyze workload and staffing to forecast capacity needs.
Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
Present performance results and recommendations to management.
Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and reporting efficiency.
