Job summary

Asurion in the Philippines is seeking an Acting Workforce Scheduling Analyst to apply scheduling and forecasting principles in a large multi-client contact center. You will ensure optimal schedules for Experts to meet monthly goals and coordinate with cross-functional partners.

The role focuses on forecasting demand, creating and maintaining staff schedules, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to Operations to support rapid decision-making and efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience applying scheduling and forecasting principles in a large multi-client contact center.
• Ability to forecast demand and staffing metrics and translate into actionable plans.
• Strong cross-functional communication with operations, IT and learning teams.

Responsibilities

• Forecast critical demand and staffing metrics for assigned groups.
• Create and maintain schedules to meet monthly servicing targets.
• Produce reports and conduct ad hoc analysis from workforce data.
• Lead scheduling reviews and coordinate with Operations to balance staffing levels.
