Job summary

MAJESTIC in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Manager to assist the Account Executive by analyzing customer requirements before quotation, and to approve and counter-check all sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders. You will provide rolling forecasts to the Supply Chain and drive material and capacity planning.

You will coach account executives in client communications, prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, and design incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Provides assistance and guidance to the Account Executive on the analysis of customer requirements prior to quotation.
• Approves and counter checks all sales orders, quotations, and/or purchase orders from customers.
• Provides 3-month rolling forecast to Supply Chain for efficient materials and production capacity planning.
• Coaches the account executives in preparing correspondences to clients regarding complaints and corrective actions and accompanying them in meetings for new projects and/or other matters if necessary.
• Prepares weekly and monthly sales reports and promptly submits them to the General Manager.
• Designs incentive programs for both new and current accounts. Prepares quarterly and annual reports to be submitted to the Vice President for Finance.
• Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies and analyzing trends and results.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quota for account executives, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services.
• Develops and implements sales programs by developing sales action plans.
• Evaluates, adjusts, and redirects sales campaigns through the client satisfaction surveys.
• Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Ensures the proper safekeeping of all confidential information.
• Ensures safety and quality of products through supervision and firm adherence to applicable policies and regulations to meet technical and legal requirements and standards.
• Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
