Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management or Accounting.
• Strong understanding of non-life insurance claims processes and credit risk exposure management.
• Proven ability to coordinate with brokers, insurers, and shared services teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee non-life insurance program renewal and policy management for assets over ₱50B.
• Lead insurance claims processing and maximize recoveries in the hundreds of millions.
• Provide oversight to AR/credit risk management and cross-functional coordination.
• Advise senior leadership on risk strategy, cost implications, and process improvements.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and renewals.
