Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering or related field.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• CFA charterholder or pursuing CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering data for URC's Liquidity Plan and monitor implementation across regional units.
• Support M&A team with due diligence, valuation models, and presentations.
• Identify investment opportunities in venture capital and prepare market/sector reports.
• Perform due diligence and analysis on prospective VC deals and recommend decisions.
• Prepare investment-related documents and presentations for Committees and stakeholders.
• Create financial models and capitalization tables for projects.
• Assist in identifying idle assets and best-use analysis across BUs.
• Coordinate remittance of regional proceeds to URC Philippines.
• Monitor capital allocation and performance metrics, including equity ventures.
• Support existing portfolio through meetings with portfolio proponents.
• Update valuation models reflecting gains/losses; ensure compliance.
• Represent Treasury in meetings and coordinate with departments on Treasury matters.
