Job summary

ANZ is seeking a Senior Lead in the Governance & Reporting team within Talent & Culture Non-Financial Risk to drive risk aggregation, governance insight, and reporting across the T&C function. The role focuses on strengthening risk culture, embedding effective risk management practices, and collaborating with stakeholders across Centres of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in risk, governance, controls, audit, assurance within a complex org.
• Strong analytical skills to aggregate risk information and provide insights.
• Experience in risk assessment, reporting, issue management and regulatory change.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset to influence stakeholders and coordinate outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for governance materials and senior reports.
• Commitment to capability uplift and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate risk assessments, risk profiles and reporting activities.
• Aggregate and synthesize risk insights for divisional governance forums.
• Deliver risk reporting to governance committees to support decision-making.
• Monitor risks against appetite and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Support regulatory change assessments, action planning and tracking.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and contribute to event management.
• Build risk capability and culture through coaching and knowledge sharing.
