Job summary

Monde Nissin Corporation in Manila is seeking a Financial Lead Analyst to support strategic and risk finance activities across the business. You will develop models, perform analysis, and deliver reporting that informs commercial and risk decisions, working with senior partners, category teams, and group functions.

You will translate strategy into financial insight, protect margins, identify and quantify risks, and ensure they are reflected in plans.

Qualifications

• CPA, CIA, or actively pursuing a relevant qualification.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or risk ideally within FMCG, retail, or another fast-moving, product-based business.
• Solid financial modelling and Excel skills; comfortable handling large datasets.
• Developing understanding of FMCG margin dynamics and financial/enterprise risk concepts.
• Awareness of the reporting and control obligations of a publicly listed company.
• Good communication skills - able to explain financial results to commercial, non-finance audiences.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines through the reporting cycle.

Responsibilities

• Prepare volume, revenue, and margin models across brands, categories, and channels.
• Analyze gross-to-net drivers and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Model the P&L impact of input-cost and commodity inflation, pricing actions, and productivity/savings programs.
• Build financial models and scenario analysis for investment cases under the guidance of senior partners.
• Prepare management reporting and KPIs, linking performance to strategy.
• Identify and quantify operational and financial risks.
• Support stress-testing and scenario analysis.
• Ensure risk considerations are reflected in outlook, working with Treasury and Commercial teams.
• Prepare accurate, decision-ready analysis and packs for senior finance and leadership.
• Maintain robust workpapers, controls, and documentation for listed company.
