Job summary

NCC Group Philippines is seeking a Finance Analyst - FP&A based in Taguig City, Metro Manila with a hybrid work model (onsite 2 days per week). You will transform financial and operational data into insights to support decision making, assist with forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly performance reporting for senior management and business stakeholders.
• Analyse financial and operational KPI data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and key performance drivers.
• Translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations to support informed decision making.
• Support forecasting, budgeting and planning processes through the provision of high-quality analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance and the wider business to understand information requirements and provide meaningful analysis.
• Challenge assumptions, investigate performance variances, and proactively highlight areas requiring management attention.
• Assist in the preparation of financial presentations, management reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with team members and wider finance team on ad hoc analysis, projects and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, processes, automation and data quality across the finance function.
