Job summary

LaVie in the Philippines seeks a Specialist, Management Reporting and Analysis to develop controls around management reporting and budgeting. You will prepare budgets, financial statements, and ad hoc analyses to support decision making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage data tools, and ensure accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements for timely insights and improved business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or related field.
• Experience in gaming operations, corporate planning, or project/business development preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prepare revenue and expense reports with finance and operations teams.
• Assist in revenue and expense reporting using data tools and ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Monitor project cash flows against budgets and forecasts; suggest cash management actions.
• Review marketing and operational initiatives for alignment with strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and implement recommendations.
