Job summary

A financial services company seeks an experienced financial professional in Laguna, Philippines. The role involves preparing financial reports, supporting budgeting, and ensuring accurate regulatory data. Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance, controlling, or accounting.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports (cost center tracking, budget vs. actual, variance analysis).
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and cost monitoring activities.
• Ensure accuracy of regulatory reporting data (PEZA, BOI, BIR, etc.).
• Maintain cost-per-FTE, service costing, and financial documentation.
• Perform financial reconciliations and validate payroll/allocation entries.
• Support internal controls, SOP documentation, and audit readiness.

Skills

Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, variance analysis)

Experience in finance, controlling, or accounting

Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

CPA is an advantage but not required
