Job summary

Foundever in the Philippines seeks an FP&A professional to complete key budgeting, forecasting, close, and financial management tasks within their local scope.

You will prepare reporting and presentations with variance analysis and insights to identify opportunities for improvement, while collaborating with partners and teams.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred, with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting or related areas.
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics.
• Workforce Management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete key FP&A processes including budget, forecast, tracker, financial management, financial training, invoices and financial close within their local scope.
• Provide Functional Support to operations and other support areas related to financial aspects, identifying business challenges and proposing solutions maintaining effective relationships with partners and functional teams at all levels of the organization.
• Work and create effective reporting and presentations that provides financial data, variance analysis, additional insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform additional functions as required by the immediate Supervisor.
