Job summary

LaVie Resort and Casino Manila seeks a Supervisor, FP&A to oversee budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, delivering financial insights to support strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy of reports and drive performance through insightful analyses. The role requires a BS Accountancy, CPA preferred, with 2–4 years in accounting and reporting, and Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS Accountancy or related major with professional experience.
• CPA preferred.
• 2–4 years' experience in accounting and management reporting.
• Experience in gaming or hospitality is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Interpersonal skills and collaboration.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience with ERP systems, Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and updates budgets and forecasts with departments to align with strategic goals.
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
• Provides ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as needed.
• Reviews internal and external management reporting packages.
• Offers insights on sales, costs, profitability and efficiency.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
