Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Regional Systems & Data Lead to own regional implementation of global REFM standards, data, and processes. You will ensure controls, compliance, and data-driven insights while partnering with global and regional stakeholders.

You will translate the global roadmap into regional delivery plans, drive standardisation, and oversee dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive-level reporting to support decision making across the region.

Qualifications

• Experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or related environment.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country systems, process, or data initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system improvements, automation and data-driven solutions.
• Advanced analytics with dashboards, KPI reporting and executive insights.
• Strong data governance and reporting standardization capabilities.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Advanced system and database administration and design skills.
• People interaction across organizational levels with strategic mindset.

Responsibilities

• Implement global access control and workplace system standards regionally with appropriate variances.
• Translate global roadmap into regional delivery plan prioritizing standardisation and optimisation.
• Apply global CBRE data framework for data handling, validation, analysis and reporting.
• Ensure regional ticketing/service model aligns with global standards and is governed.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions and global Systems & Data lead to maximise use of tools and features.
• Act as regional REFM contact for physical security and safe workplace compliance with global standards.
