Job summary

Vestas seeks a Regional Systems & Data Lead to own regional REFM systems, data and process standards. You will align regional delivery with the global roadmap, partner with CBRE, and ensure data-driven insights across the region.

The role demands advanced analytics, dashboards, and governance, coordinating with Security, Legal, and Compliance to manage regional risks and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Corporate Real Estate, Facilities Management, Workplace Services, or Property Management.
• Experience leading regional or multi-country systems, processes, or data initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive insights.

Responsibilities

• Implement global standards for access control and workplace systems.
• Own regional execution of the global approach with regional variances.
• Deliver the regional component of the global systems roadmap.
• Translate the global roadmap into regional delivery plans.
• Manage CBRE data interfaces and reporting for regional insights.
• Oversee regional ticketing and service model governance.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions and global leads to maximize tool usage.
• Act as regional REFM contact for security and safe workplace systems.
