• 4+ years of recruitment leadership experience in RPO, staffing, agency, or related environments.
• Ability to mentor, coach, and elevate recruiter performance.
• Strong leadership presence with accountability and stakeholder management.
• Experience partnering with US-based clients or stakeholders and global programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals and SLAs.
• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to ensure efficient recruitment delivery.
• Build trusted relationships with US-based stakeholders as a strategic partner.
• Facilitate discussions on hiring priorities, workforce planning, and market insights.
• Coach recruiters through complex hiring scenarios to strengthen consultative skills.
• Use data and trends to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
