Qualifications

• 4+ years in recruitment with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience handling 60+ recruiters and full-cycle recruitment across industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Proficient ATS usage and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for client programs.
• Lead and coach a team of recruiters to meet timelines and quality targets.
• Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies and sourcing plans.
• Source top talent through multiple channels and conduct assessments.
• Evaluate candidates via resumes, screens, and interviews.
• Track metrics (fill rate, time-to-fill) and report to clients.
• Stay updated on market trends and ensure compliance.
