Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, HR or related field.
• 1 year of experience in content writing, copywriting, digital marketing, employer branding or recruitment marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading and storytelling skills.
• Excellent command of English grammar and written communication.
• Ability to create engaging content for different audiences and platforms.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital recruitment channels.
• Creative, detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content requirements and meet deadlines.
• Experience using Canva or similar content creation tools.
• Recruitment or HR industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for job advertisements, recruitment campaigns, social media posts, and employer branding materials.
• Write compelling job descriptions that clearly communicate role responsibilities, qualifications, and benefits.
• Develop recruitment-related content for Facebook, LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
• Create content for recruitment campaigns, hiring announcements, employee features, and career-related initiatives.
• Ensure all recruitment content is aligned with brand voice, tone, and messaging.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring teams to understand hiring requirements and develop targeted content.
• Research industry trends, candidate preferences, and effective recruitment content strategies.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Develop creative concepts and copy for recruitment materials such as banners, posters, job fair materials, and recruitment events.
• Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on engagement and recruitment results.
• Maintain a content calendar for recruitment campaigns and ensure timely publication.
• Support other employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives as needed.
