Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, professional, and senior roles within the Talent Management department. The role emphasizes strong sourcing, branding, and stakeholder collaboration to build robust talent pipelines.

The successful candidate will improve candidate experience, develop campus partnerships, and provide market insights to hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational psychology, economics or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition with end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience with ATS, recruitment marketing tools, and data analytics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for specialist, professional, and senior roles.
• Execute employer branding campaigns across digital, social and offline channels.
• Develop candidate-facing materials and maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Optimize sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, career fairs and agency partners.
• Lead the employee referral program and drive participation with incentives.
• Build relationships with universities and coordinate campus recruitment events.
• Maintain dashboards and reports on recruitment metrics to inform decisions.
