The analyst will review BPO reports, analyze property characteristics, and negotiate with external brokers and clients to ensure fair value and optimize collateral valuations across company credit lines.

• Analyze and define key real estate projects or initiatives to support group needs.
• Review Broker Price Opinions (BPO Reports) and evaluate results for challenges or contestation.
• Assess sold comparable properties for fair value of Co’s homes, focusing on square footage, condition, renovation, and location.
• Negotiate with outside real estate brokers and clients on real estate portfolio valuations.
• Research market values to maximize return on investments and optimize collateral valuations on company credit lines.
• Maintain integrity of BPO-related data and records.
• Manage BPO portfolio and data analytics.
