The Corporate Institute is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Analyst within Merchant Banking – Asset/Property Management to assist in asset evaluation, portfolio valuations, and negotiation tactics for real estate investments.

You will review Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) from local agents, analyze sold property characteristics, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure fair values and strong client negotiations across our markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate projects to support group needs.
• Review Broker Price Opinions (BPO) reports and evaluate results.

• Negotiate with external brokers and clients on valuations.
• Research property values to maximize return and optimize collateral valuations.
• Maintain integrity of BPO data and records.
• Manage BPO portfolio and data analytics.
