Qualifications

• Five years of industry valuation experience
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to conduct on-site inspections and market research
• Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and/or Real Estate Broker/Consultant advantage
• Knowledge of income approaches to valuation is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the Valuation team in preparing valuation reports for clients
• Conduct on-site inspections and market research
• Organize and maintain databases for internal use
• Perform field work and market interviews as needed
• Respond to queries from valuers and clients regarding listings and transactions
