Job summary

Colliers seeks a skilled Valuation professional to support the team in preparing valuation reports, conducting on-site inspections, and performing market research for clients. You will gather listing data, maintain internal databases, and conduct fieldwork to inform value conclusions.

The role requires a licensed Real Estate Appraiser or Registered Mechanical Engineer with 5 years of industry experience, strong English, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering (Civil, Mechanical), Real Estate Management, or business (Finance, Management) courses.
• Five (5) years of industry experience is required.
• Must be a licensed Real Estate Appraiser / Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Proficiency in income approaches to valuation is an advantage
• Licensed Real Estate Broker and/or licensed Real Estate Consultant is an advantage
• AutoCAD knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications particularly in Word / Excel / PowerPoint
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Support the Valuation team in preparing valuation reports for clients, including physical inspection of the property subject to valuation and on-site market research.
• Prepare market data, and conduct analysis to come up with value indications; write valuation reports.
• Discuss and present the valuation process and the value conclusion to clients and other interested parties.
• Gather information on real estate listings and transactions; organize and maintain databases for internal use.
• Conduct market interviews, qualitative and quantitative research when needed, including regular field work.
• Respond to queries of valuers and clients regarding the listings and transactions.
