Qualifications

• MBA, CFA or CA preferred for valuation work and analytics.
• Strong understanding of real estate valuation methods.
• Experience with Argus or comparable real estate modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Alteryx/Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain levered cash flow models and key metrics.
• Analyze operating results, valuation movements and drivers of returns.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in investment analytics.
• Review third party appraisal reports and adjust assumptions as needed.
• Collaborate with asset managers and partners to oversee assets.
