Job summary

Potato Corner in Bulacan is seeking a Business Development Officer to assess trade areas, identify prime sites, and drive store expansion.

You will prepare site reports with financials and forecasts, acquire leases, and coordinate store design and deposits, with regular fieldwork. A Bachelor’s degree in business and basic real estate experience are preferred; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Basic experience in Real Estate – site assessment, acquisition, lease contracts and negotiation.
• Willing to travel for fieldwork.

We are currently looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (Bulacan).

Job Description:

1. Assess trade area’s readiness for Potato Corner stores.
2. Identify best sites in each trade area.
3. Prepare site reports, including financials and sales forecasts and present for approval.
4. Acquire sites for Potato Corner, negotiating for the best rent and lease terms each site.
5. Facilitate the preparation of lease contracts and its approval.
6. Prepare necessary documents to prompt store design, construction, and payment of deposits.
7. Other necessary task related to real estate, site assessment and acquisition.

Qualifications:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree with a degree in business.
2. With basic experience in Real Estate – site assessment, site acquisition, contracts of lease and negotiation.
3. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
4. Must be detail-oriented and organized.
5. Can work independently.
6. Willing to go on fieldwork.
7. Preferably with active driver’s license.

Location: Bulacan
