Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to assess trade areas, identify prime store sites, and manage acquisition and lease negotiations across NCR North, South Luzon, Eastern Visayas, and Davao.

The role requires a business degree, willingness to do fieldwork, and strong MS Office skills. Independence, detail orientation, and a valid driver’s license are advantageous for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related field is required.
• Experience in real estate site assessment and acquisition.
• Good negotiation and contracts knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to prepare site reports and forecasts.

• Assess trade area readiness for Potato Corner stores.
• Identify best sites in each trade area.
• Prepare site reports, including financials and sales forecasts and present for approval.
• Acquire sites for Potato Corner, negotiating for the best rent and lease terms for each site.
• Facilitate lease contract preparation and approval.
• Prepare necessary documents to prompt store design, construction and payment of deposits.
• Other necessary tasks related to real estate, site assessment and acquisition.

Qualifications:

• College graduate with a degree in business.
• With basic experience in Real Estate – site assessment, site acquisition, contracts of lease and negotiation.
• Knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Can work independently.
• Willing to go on fieldwork.
• With active driver’s license is an advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to be assigned and manage a particular areas of location.(NCR North, South Luzon, Eastern Visayas, Davao).
