• 5+ years of leadership in BPO operations (Healthcare RCM) at managerial level.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-LOB operations with client governance.
• Strong financial analytics, capacity planning, and workforce optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end RCM operations with contractual SLAs, KPIs, and financial targets across all LOBs.
• Partner with Workforce Management for accurate volume forecasting, capacity planning, staffing optimization, and schedule alignment.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Supervisors and support staff; drive engagement and retention initiatives.
