Job summary

Teleperformance (TP) Philippines is hiring an RCM Operations Supervisor at TP Alphaland Makati onsite. Lead a team of Revenue Cycle Management professionals in a high-volume BPO, ensuring SLA adherence, HIPAA compliance, and KPI achievement for quality, productivity and Turnaround Time.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of BPO experience with hands-on RCM operations and prior supervisory roles, plus strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of BPO experience with dedicated hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations.
• Prior supervisory experience (Team Leader, Operations Supervisor, or SME) in a BPO environment.
• Strong working knowledge of end-to-end RCM processes (Billing, Collections, AR Management, Claims Submission, Denials/Appeals).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily floor operations and distribute workload across RCM workstreams.
• Monitor attendance, schedule adherence, queue status, and on-floor issue resolutions.
• Provide coaching and development discussions with frontline associates and nesting for new hires.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and client security protocols; prepare documentation for audits.
