Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines is seeking an RCM Operations Supervisor at its Makati onsite night shift to lead and develop an RCM team in a high-volume BPO environment.

You will drive quality, productivity, SLA, TAT, and compliance, leveraging healthcare RCM experience, Billing/AR/Claims & Denials knowledge, and strong coaching and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a BPO environment with leadership exposure.
• Hands-on Healthcare RCM experience.
• Prior supervisor, team-leader or SME experience.
• Knowledge of Billing, Collections, AR, Claims & Denials.
• Strong coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data privacy.
